Review: Joyland

i think this was the quickest that I have ever read a Stephen King book, even with it being a short one. But I absolutely loved it. Joyland felt completely different to King's other books that he has written. It wasn't as choppy or filled with with an over use of words which could easily be left out. Joyland was flowing and it caught your attention easily, you were dragged in to Devin's world as he worked through Joyland over the summer.

Joyland is captivating and a sure thing when it comes to a page turner. You get dragged in to the world and you just can't do anything but sit there and continue reading. I just know that I wasn't expecting that ending! When it came to the big revel, with what was written, my mind instantly went to one person and then I was proved wrong. It's a quick fun read and one you will remember and possibly make you want to go and visit a carny the next chance you have.
